These writers have discovered their artistry by unlocking the emotion, meaning, and beauty that exists in human purpose. Volume II includes pieces investigating the philosophy of vocation as well as individual's callings.

The Birklyn, Vol. III, "Hope in Remembrance," explores themes of nostalgia and grief through stories and reflections tied to the summer season.

The Birklyn, Vol IV, "The Art of Transition" encourages us to engage in the present, liminal period of transitions. The authors and artists explore transitions through many artistic mediums – literature, film photography, architecture, painting, drawing, collaging, and music. This art informs and parallels the passage of time. It inspires contentment which emboldens and requires vulnerability, and in its embrace we find purpose and beauty.
